This spring and early summer, Korea has had a hard time dealing with yellow and fine dust. People have had to wear face masks, they could not open windows for fresh air, and the sky was hazy with dust for considerable amounts of time.

The phenomenon this year has gone on for a longer period as compared to last spring. Due to the heavy dust levels, some people voiced that an artificial rainmaking device is needed. To protect ourselves from the fine dust, should we institute this approach?
